For one half of football, the Houston Texans gave their fans something to cheer for against the New England Patriots on Sunday after taking a lead into halftime for the first time since their Week 1 game against the Carolina Panthers. The only problem is, there is the second half of football and, by the time the game was over, the fans were looking at the scoreboard trying to figure out what happened as the Texans lost 25-22 to the Patriots.

After losing Game 3 on Saturday in overtime due to the inefficiency to slow down big runs by the Oklahoma City Thunder (2-2) at the end of quarters, the Rockets let it happen again in Game 4. OKC used a 22-7 run at the end of the third quarter to erase a Houston 15-point lead and would go on to defeat Houston by a score of 117-114 to even the series at two games apiece.

The Astros won the division for the first time since moving into the American League West in 2013. They had previously been in the National League since 1962. It was also the first division title for Houston since 2001.
