H-E-B Breaks Ground On New 118- Square Foot Store in McKinney

The new store is slated to open in late 2023

H-E-B Partners joined with McKinney Mayor George Fuller and other local officials to break ground on the new H-E-B store located on the northeast corner of Custer Road and Eldorado Parkway today. The new store is slated to open in late 2023. This will be the company’s third store currently under construction in the DFW Metroplex – all three located north of Dallas.

95,000 sq. ft., two-story store slated for Fall 2019

H-E-B has finalized an agreement with Fidelis Realty Partners to develop a 95,000 sq. ft., two-story location in the northwest corner of Meyerland Plaza. The store will house a parking structure, BBVA Compass Bank and an elevator vestibule on the lower level, with exceptional shopping situated on the second floor which will be connected to neighboring JC Penney via sky bridge.
