Houston Mayor John Whitmire thanks the HPD cadet graduates on behalf of all Houstonians for their willingness to protect and serve the city of Houston. Houston Mayor John Whitmire and Houston Police Chief Troy Finner welcome 77 women and men from Cadet Class #261 to the ranks of HPD to serve and protect the residents of Houston.
