Fredric Navarre

Fredric A. Navarre is an Educator, Marketing Executive, Entrepreneur, and Philanthropist who resides in Houston, Texas.
He is the Director of Marketing, Communications, & Engagement at ALLY Energy. Prior to joining ALLY, Fredric held the position of Deputy Assistant Director for the Houston Mayor’s Office of Complete Communities.
Fredric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Southern University, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Energy Finance from Texas Southern University, a Master of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington, and an Executive Graduate Certification in Education Finance from Georgetown University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education Administration at Texas A&M University.
His service in the Greater Houston area has included serving as Board Treasurer for Asians Against Domestic Abuse. He is a former Board Member of Academia In Motion, an educational foundation, and served as a School Board Member of Bay Area Charter Schools. He also was a mentor under the Houston Mayor’s Anti-Gang Office and My Brother’s Keeper. In October 2019, 2020, 2021, he was a Texas Ambassador for the American Cancer Society “Real Men Wear Pink” Campaign, joining the ranks of exclusive distinguished male community leaders raising over $6.5 million dollars for the American Cancer Society's breast cancer initiatives. He currently serves on the board of directors for American Cancer Society of Greater Houston, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Grand Finance Committee, and Delta Research and Educational Foundation (DREF).
