ššØ Cadillac is revving up for an electrifying return to the 24 Hours of Le Mans, one of the most prestigious endurance races in motorsports. For 2025, Cadillac Racing will field four Cadillac V-Series.R racecars, competing in the highly competitive Hypercar classāan expansion that highlights the brandās commitment to innovation, performance, and championship glory.
A Historic Milestone at Circuit de la Sarthe
Marking 75 years since Cadillac first raced at Le Mans, the luxury automaker is poised to make history on June 14-15, 2025. The eventās organizer, Automobile Club de lāOuest, extended invitations to Cadillac Racing following their strong performances over the past two yearsāincluding a podium finish in 2023.

In 2023, Cadillac Racing made an impressive Hypercar debut, securing third and fourth-place finishes. Last year, the team demonstrated incredible resilience, qualifying second and third before clinching a top-seven finish.
Cadillacās Cutting-Edge Engineering
The Cadillac V-Series.R is a powerhouse, engineered for peak performance with a 5.5L DOHC V-8 engine, developed by GMās Performance and Racing Propulsion team in Michigan. Co-developed with Cadillac Design, Cadillac Racing, and chassis expert Dallara, this cutting-edge machine incorporates signature Cadillac elements like vertical lighting and aerodynamic floating blades.
Cadillacās Legacy at Le Mans
š Cadillacās relationship with Le Mans dates back to 1950, when the brand made its debut with the Series 61 coupes. That year, Miles and Sam Collier finished 10th, while Briggs Cunninghamās famed āLe Monstreā placed 11th. The automaker returned to the iconic race in 2000, 2001, and 2002 with its Northstar LMP prototypes.
