Excellence in the classroom starts with excellence behind the scenes — and Harmony Public Schools is proving it once again. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has awarded Harmony an A+ “Superior” rating in its 2025 FIRST (Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas) Accountability Report, marking a statewide achievement for all seven Harmony districts.
FIRST, created by the Texas Legislature, evaluates schools using 15 rigorous financial indicators, from budget management and administrative cost efficiency to audit transparency and internal controls. Harmony’s perfect scores reaffirm the charter system’s ethical, efficient, and effective use of public funds to maximize student success.
💬 “Financial integrity is about more than balancing budgets — it’s about making every dollar count for our students’ futures,” says Fatih Ay, CEO of Harmony Public Schools.
