Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis issued the following comment regarding Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale’s lawsuit claiming the Elections Administrator’s office refused a request to turn over public records related to the November 2022 elections:

“Sad to see my old friend Mattress Mack propagating election conspiracies. This is part of a national right-wing effort to undermine our democracy. Know that Harris County will fight back to protect your hard-earned voting rights.”
