Bowl & Barrel Supports Local Children with Big Hearts, Full Tummies Promotion

For every burger purchased for a child in need, Bowl & Barrel will match it with another from Sept. 17 – Oct. 15

During these trying times, distanced learning has made it increasingly difficult for many children who rely on meals served at public schools to be regularly fed.

That’s why Bowl & Barrel is giving back to a local student organization in Houston through its Big Hearts, Full Tummies promotion.

For every burger purchased from Sept. 17 through Oct. 15 at the boutique bowling alley, Bowl & Barrel will match it and donate all of the burgers to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America – an organization that creates positive mentoring relationships to develop a direct and lasting effect on youth.

Additionally, Bowl & Barrel is giving teachers a place to unwind during this hectic time. From now through Sept. 30, when teachers go into Bowl & Barrel at any time and show proof of ID, they’ll get one FREE hour of bowling!

“Schooling this year has brought on unprecedented challenges for students and their families,” said Kyle Noonan, co-owner and co-founder of FreeRange Concepts, which operates Bowl & Barrel. “With schools operating differently across Texas, childhood hunger in our communities is something we should all think about. Teachers, students and parents everywhere are learning how to navigate this tough time day by day, and we want to support them however we can.”

Bowl & Barrel is located at 797 Sorella Ct., Ste. #118 in Houston. For more information, visit bowlandbarrel.com.
