Healthcare and medical professionals Dr. Teriya Richmond and Nurse Practitioner Letrice Mason are celebrating the grand opening of YOUR ESSENTIAL HEALTHCARE & DAYSPA - A Hub For All Things Women - on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 1PM-4PM at their new facility in the historical Third Ward Area (5751 Blythewood St, Suite 200, Houston, TX).

During the grand opening, Dr. Richmond and Letrice will give attendees a tour of the new facility which encompasses a primary care provider as well as a Health and Wellness spa. Attendees will be able to participate in the ribbon cutting with STATE REPRESENTATIVE SHAWN THEIRRY, receive complimentary services including Chair Massages, Body and Skincare Analysis, Vitamin B-12 shots, Lipo C injections, lymphatic drainage, and Cryoskin treatments.

Dr. Richmond is committed to bringing quality, evidence-based medical care to the minority community and has a passion for women’s health issues. A trailblazer on the move, Dr. Richmond has also initiated her own women’s empowerment brand, Mocha Millennium Women (MMW). MMW encourages women to be confident in who they are through fitness, fashion, and fun. Her motto is “Physician by day, Aerobics instructor by night, Wife/Mother 24/7.” Proceeds from MMW community events benefit programs like Project Rowhouse Young Mothers as well as provide scholarships for young people in the beauty and medical industry.

Letrice Mason, founder of Essential Body Bar, is the caring and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Women’s Health. She is a firm believer that emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness can truly be life-changing and strives to provide this through her work at Essential Body Bar.
