Lively Beach is an island oasis within an island, where 46 acres of approved entitlements (with improved infrastructure) have been condensed into a total project footprint of 11 acres, placing the remaining 35 acres into conservation.

Lively Beach also lives up to its name. A raised boardwalk stretches over a large dune system leading to an expansive beach that bustles with “lively” activities such as surfing, kiteboarding, fishing or just relaxing in the sun with friends and family.
