Shopping Destination Elevates Customer Experience with New Offerings

Simon, a global leader in the ownership of premier shopping, dining, entertainment and mixed-use destinations, is pleased to announce 7 new openings at The Galleria. The additions include 3 new-to-market brands – ba&sh, Tommy John and Toys“R”US – as well as a Kendra Scott holiday pop-up, Uptown Convenience & Gifts, and restaurants Pepper Twins and Poke Fresh. Additionally, Jimmy Choo, Macy’s, Porsche Design, Salvatore Ferragamo and Vans are upgrading their current spaces to better serve their loyal customers.

ba&sh, the French affordable luxury brand known for effortless dresses and feminine prints, has opened their first Texas store at The Galleria. This opening marks the ninth store for the brand in the U.S. Showcasing the brand’s newest ready-to-wear collections and accessories, the design sensibility of the Galleria location embodies the founders' Parisian roots and brand values of friendship, fun and generosity. Shoppers will experience elevating fitting rooms complete with iPhone chargers as well as a signature ba&sh green wall.

Tommy John was founded with the goal of bringing undergarments up-to-par for modern times. The founders, a husband and wife team, have introduced an innovative approach to designing wardrobe essentials: underwear that never rides up, socks that never roll down and apparel that moves with you. Every design from their women’s and men’s lines is breathable, easy to care for, long-lasting, and extremely comfortable.

Toys“R”Us is launching a new store experience at The Galleria that will deliver the hottest toy products and brands, carefully curated and showcased in highly immersive smaller-format spaces. One of only two stores in the U.S. opening by this holiday season, the new Toys“R”Us store will serve as must-visit destinations for kids to learn, play, and fall in love with the latest and most popular toys, and for parents to have fun with their children and ignite their own childlike sense of play. The store will be highly interactive with new events and activities every day, from seeing toys displayed out of the box to test before making a purchase, to visiting different brand stations to driving learning through play embracing STEAM, or just having fun with Geoffrey ® the Giraffe in the open play space.

Kendra Scott has intricately designed beautiful necklaces, bracelets, and rings, creating timeless pieces that won over fans, media and celebrities alike since 2002. Her unique use of color and quality materials has led her initial $500 project into a billion-dollar fashion brand known globally. Along with the custom interior design and inviting atmosphere that the company has become known for, the new holiday pop-up boutique will feature a collection of jewelry, fine jewelry, beauty, and home décor items.

Pepper Twins is an authentic Sichuan-style restaurant that specializes in country-style organic Chinese and gluten-friendly cuisine. Menu highlights at the Houston-based eatery include Hot Diving Fish; Hot Wood Ear Salad with wild mountain pepper; Broken Heart Jelly Noodles; Sweet and Sour Eggplant with Berkshire Pork. Experience a "numbing, burning, textural masterpiece" with the spicy beef tendon dish known as “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” which was named GQ Magazine’s pick for Appetizer of the Year in 2017.
