HOUSTON, TX - Astros fans turned out in force for their World Champion team at today’s 2018 FanFest at Minute Maid Park, breaking attendance records for the event at over 42,000 vouchers distributed. The free fan event featured autograph sessions with current and former Astros players, photo opportunities with the Commissioner’s Trophy, fan forums, multiple photo experiences, an interactive social media zone, swings in the batting cages, running the bases, throws in the bullpen and a PlazaFest on Crawford Street.

Astros players, prospects, legends, broadcasters and front office personnel at FanFest included Jose Altuve, Brandon Backe, Alex Bregman, Carlos Correa, J.D. Davis, Chris Devenski, Mike Elias, Derek Fisher, Robert Ford, Marwin Gonzalez, Yuli Gurriel, AJ Hinch, Art Howe, James Hoyt, Todd Kalas, Tony Kemp, Jeff Luhnow, Jake Marisnick, Lance McCullers Jr., Charlie Morton, Joe Musgrove, Shane Reynolds, JR Richard, Brady Rodgers, Chris Sampson, Steve Sparks, George Springer, Max Stassi, Brandon Taubman, Tyler White, Forrest Whitley, Justin Verlander and Jimmy Wynn.

All FanFest activity voucher and garage sale proceeds benefited the Astros Foundation.
