U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos will travel to Port Aransas and Houston, Texas, this week to see firsthand the ongoing rebuilding and recovery in the wake of Hurricane Harvey and to assess how the Department of Education can continue to coordinate and support the state, schools and students.

She will travel to Port Aransas first to visit Olsen Elementary & Brundrett Middle School then come to Houston to visit Summer Creek High School and Kingwood High School
