Photography by Vicky Pink - American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) – SouthEast Texas Chapter hosted their 4th Quarter Educational & Business Session for 2017. Every quarter the organization holds sessions with engaging speakers exclusively for their membership. Under the theme, “Driving Patient Experience through Quality and Efficiency,” Tejl Gandhi, MD, MPH, CPPS, Chief Clinical & Safety Officer, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, gave an informative speech on the topic “For Patient’s Sake, Free Them from Harm: How to Meet or Exceed Patient Expectations for the Safest Care Every Time.” Some in attendance were ACHE – SouthEast Texas President Jeanna Bamburg, Don Gibson, Velma Rickman, Hannah Geibs, Matt Matthews, Todd Caliva, S. Denise Green, Hannah Parks, Victoria Perry, and Paul McCleary.
