Cooking Up Cocktails

In celebration of the upcoming release of ALMOST CHRISTMAS, Houston area members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. had a meet up for a film themed version of ‘Cooking up Cocktails.’ Sorority members spent an afternoon learning about preparing cocktails for the holiday season with the owner of Lucille’s, Mr. Chris Williams. As Lucille’s is a high-end soul food restaurant, the Deltas were also treated to watching their favorite southern style meals be prepared in a cooking demonstration. The women were very excited to receive ALMOST CHRISTMAS themed gift bags, which included red aprons, crewneck sweatshirts, lip gloss and pot holders to take home! This was certainly a very fun event for attendees and they loved that the red aprons matched their sorority colors!
