2nd Annual City of Houston Champions of Diversity Awards

On Tuesday, October 28, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts for the 2nd Annual City of Houston Champions of Diversity Awards. Under the theme “Celebrating 30 Years of Economic Impact,” the 2014 honorees were Pepper-Lawson Construction, LP; Tikon Group, Inc.; RS&H, Inc.; KIT Professionals, Inc.; Texas Concrete Enterprise Ready Mix, Inc.; Nation Waste, Inc.; Administration & Regulatory Affairs; Goldman Sachs 10K Small Businesses; and Houston Community College. Some in attendance were Melinda Spaulding, Kenneth Gayle, Pastor Manuel Sanchez, Carlecia Wright, Alicia Jimerson, Ramesh Gunda, Thea Curry-Fuson, Kenneth Gayle, Laurie Vignaud, Darian Ward and Mayor Annise Parker.
