Celebration Fundraiser for Tony Morris

On Monday, August 25, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at Sullivan’s Steak House for celebration of life in honor of Houston beloved citizen Tony Morris. The Morris family and friends invited guests to a festive gathering to honor a great photographer. Tony recently passed away and this affair honored his work as a photographer. A silent auction of Tony’s work was no sale as well as contributions were taken. Several friends of Tony gave a moving tribute. Some in attendance were Yusef Morris, Riyad Abu-Taha, Marsha Lilly, Dr. Kenneth Mattox, Sherry Browning, Francis Page Jr., State Rep. Sylvester Turner, Daryl King, and Mary Benton.
