2014 NABJ Convention and Career Fair NNPA Session and Reception

On Friday, August 1, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand in Boston, MA at the Sheraton Boston Hotel for the 2014 National Association of Black Journalists Convention and Career Fair Sessions. The third day of sessions had attendees participated in workshops on how African Americans are portrayed in the media due to lack of interest and laziness and covering athletes in the celebrity realm. Some in attendance were Tene Croom, Cloves Campbell, Richard B. Muhammad, Reggie Thomas, Eric Deggans, Dr. Reginald Jackson, Darren Sands, J. A. Adande, and Monique Walker Jones.
