H-E-B Supports March of Dimes

Photography by Roswitha Vogler - On Tuesday, November 12, 2013, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at H-E-B Bunker Hill Market as H-E-B supported the 2013 March of Dimes March for Babies Campaign. H-E-B customers in Texas showed their support of the March of Dimes and the 2013 March for Babies campaign by raising $687,619 statewide and $237,912 locally to benefit the Houston March of Dimes chapter. The Houston chapter of the March of Dimes received a $237,912 check as a result of a checkstand donation campaign that ran February 13, 2013 to April 1, 2013. This was the fourth consecutive year that H-E-B customers participated in the checkstand donation campaign. A proud partner with the March of Dimes for nine years, H-E-B’s donations over this time total $3.6 million! Some in attendance were H-E-B’s Cyndy Garza-Roberts and March of Dimes’ Brandi Brown.
