HiramStyle, the acclaimed design and décor brand known for creating some of the nation’s most glamorous celebrity events, will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a black-tie gala, “Elegance Reimagined: A Night of Celebration & Purpose,” on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown. The event marks a milestone for the brand while launching The Fedora Project, a new initiative focused on mental health advocacy, particularly within the Black community and among youth and young adults.
The gala will feature dynamic performances, five-star cuisine, and immersive design elements characteristic of HiramStyle, including floral installations and couture-inspired décor. Special appearances will include Grammy Award-winning artist Yolanda Adams, Emmy Award-winning actress Lynn Whitfield, and global business leader Reggie Van Lee, who serves as the event chairman. Hosted by radio and television personality Nephew Tommy, the evening will culminate in a celebratory after-party.
The Fedora Project, founded by HiramStyle’s creator Hiram Smith, combines fashion, storytelling, and community programming to destigmatize mental health and provide resources and mentorship to youth and young adults. Smith, a New Orleans native who rebuilt his life and business after Hurricane Katrina, created the project to foster culturally relevant spaces for healing and conversation about mental wellness. The initiative encourages individuals to “Protect What’s Under the Hat” while blending advocacy, style-driven events, and youth engagement to support mental wellness in the Black community.
For twenty years, HiramStyle has set the standard for luxury event design, crafting immersive experiences that merge elegance, emotion, and artistry. With The Fedora Project, the brand extends its legacy from aesthetics to advocacy, demonstrating that true style includes the courage to care. Proceeds from the gala will fund programs supporting mental wellness, creative empowerment, and community engagement. Attendees and supporters are encouraged to share their experiences on social media using #TheFedoraProject to help raise awareness.
