The eerie legends of Galveston Bay are coming to life once again as Haunted Harbor Tours expands its schedule for the Halloween season. Presented by the award-winning Baywatch Dolphin Tours team at Pier 21, the popular one-hour ghost cruise invites passengers to uncover the island’s haunted maritime past through atmospheric storytelling, eerie lighting, and immersive narration.

Departing nightly from Pier 21, the cruise explores some of Galveston’s most storied waters, where shipwrecks, storms, and spirits have shaped more than a century of island history. The tour delves into chilling tales from the Great Storm of 1900, which claimed more than 6,000 lives, and the devastating yellow fever epidemics that once ravaged the port city. Guests also learn about sunken ships, the Battleship Texas, and the ghostly remnants of the USS Stewart, USS Cavalla, and the concrete ship SS Selma, each with its own haunting story.

The experience blends history with mystery, offering visitors a deeper look into the resilience and maritime legacy of one of America’s most haunted coastal cities. Each vessel accommodates up to 48 guests, with as many as six tours running nightly during peak weekends and holidays.
