Texas Southern University (TSU) is celebrating a remarkable donation from Janet and Jeff Share, long-time supporters whose generosity continues to enhance the University’s mission. The Shares have gifted TSU a condominium located just two miles from the Galleria Mall on Houston’s west side.

This donation follows the family’s establishment of a groundbreaking $54,000 endowment for KTSU, TSU's on-campus radio station, in March 2024. As jazz enthusiasts and loyal listeners, the Shares also donated their entire jazz and blues collection to KTSU. These contributions reflect their commitment to fostering student success and creating lasting opportunities for growth at TSU.

“The Shares have once again demonstrated their belief in the transformative power of education. Their gift strengthens TSU's ability to provide the tools and spaces our students need to thrive,” said Charlie W. Coleman III, Associate Vice President of Development. “We are profoundly grateful for their unwavering support.”

Proceeds from the condominium donation will be allocated for unrestricted use by the University, further supporting TSU’s educational mission and student initiatives.
