Commissioner Lesley Briones recently celebrated the completion of 14 miles of new sidewalks within the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District (Cy-Fair ISD) with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. This achievement marks the first-year success of the Sidewalks 4 Precinct 4 initiative, a $20 million program aimed at improving safety and accessibility for residents.
The newly completed sidewalks are part of the 2024 Sidewalks 4 Precinct 4 effort, designed to enhance access to schools, parks, healthcare facilities, and transit stops.
