Superica is Elevating Lunchtime with Their New Lunch Menu!

Superica brings wood-grilled fajitas, handmade tortillas, and mouth-watering enchiladas during their new lunch hours, Wednesday- Friday, starting at 11am! Their "evolved Tex-Mex" menu is what you need during your lunch hour to get you pumped as you continue the day. Superica, founded by Chef-Owner Ford Fry, has a cuisine that is a combination of 1950s Tex-Mex and the wood grill that takes their food to another level. Their menu contains elevated dishes that pay homage to the classic tex-mex flavors that we know and love in Texas.

Superica's lunch menu is a smaller version of its main menu, including classic items like nachos, flautas, queso fundido, soups, salads, and much more. You can also partake in their fabulous cocktails, margaritas, wine, and beer selections because it's five o'clock somewhere. The interior and patio seating are perfect as you dine for your next mid-day meeting or siesta with friends.

Start your lunch with some fantastic appetizers like the Compuesta. The Compuesta is a chili con queso with picadillo, guacamole, and sour cream served with tostadas. They also have classic guacamole that is creamy and packed with flavor. If you want to try something more comforting, try the Hot Tamales. The Hot Tamales are Superica's fluffy adobo pork tamales paired with chili gravy. The Hot Tamales is a hug on a plate for those in the middle of a stressful workday.

The Campechana de Mariscos is an adventure to see and enjoy. Superica has pulled out all of the stops with this dish. Campechana is similar to ceviche, except the seafood is cooked with heat instead of lime juice. The Campechana de Mariscos is tomato based with spicy gulf shrimp, octopus, lump crab, and fresh avocado served with tostadas. It's spicy, full of flavors, and a must-have!

Traditional tex-mex lunch requires someone at the table to get enchiladas. Superica's enchilada selection is traditional yet elevated. Try one of their succulent enchilada plates with rice and beans. They have the classics like cheese enchiladas with chili gravy and Chicken Suizas enchiladas which are topped with a sour cream poblano sauce. However, the Vegetable enchiladas were by far an experience. They were creamy, filled with mushrooms, poblano pepper, and sweet corn, and topped with smoked tomatillo salsa. Add their wood-grilled chicken fajita if you have to have meat, but they are delicious without.

Speaking of fajitas, Superica's fajitas are one of a kind. Try them in their tacos al carbon and frijoles charros plate. The order comes with three tacos of your choice with the options of their wood-grilled chicken or steak fajitas but if you want something a bit more out of the box, try the crispy pork belly with the guava glaze. Pork belly with a sweet glaze is a classic flavor combination, but the guava takes it to another level!
