Dressed in red, award-winning singing group Fifth Harmony radiated the Rodeo Houston stage this past weekend, with an electrical performance of some fan-favorites. The now quartet opened up the show powerfully with fireworks and a white horse-drawn carriage, captivating their “Harmonizer’s” attention.

The show entertained over 64,000 fans that came out to see the ladies perform. The Harmonizers are definitely remaining loyal to the ladies, despite their December split from fifth group member Camila Cabello.

Cabello’s solo career is also doing well, as her singles “I Know What You Did Last Summer” and “Bad Things” reached the top 20 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.

Fifth Harmony’s Rodeo debut was a homecoming for Normani Kordei, a Houston native. “I came here to watch Janet Jackson, and I remember seeing Destiny’s Child at the Rodeo too, so this is an iconic moment,” Kordei said.

As Kordei thanked the group’s Harmonizers for their support during the show, the girl-group paused to announce that Kordei will be competing on the 24th season of Dancing with the Stars. Fans cheered as Kordei’s DWTS partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy surprised the ladies on stage during the announcement.

“We knew from the day that we met you how phenomenal and talented you are. You’re an incredible dancer and we cannot wait to see you on that stage,” Ally Brooke told Kordei as the girls embraced on stage.

“I promise to make you proud,” Kordei said.

Fans danced as the ladies performed their platinum hit “Boss.” Harmonizers also shared an intimate moment with the singers, holding up cellphone flashlights and swaying as Ally, Normani, Dinah, and Lauren sang tunes such as “Write On Me,” “That’s My Girl,” “Not That Kinda Girl,” “Sledgehammer,” and “No Way.”

The girl group closed their hour-long performance with their quadruple platinum single “Work From Home.” Even the littlest Rodeo audience members joined in from the sidelines dancing their hearts out to the tune.

Fifth Harmony is headed to Asia next as part of the group’s 7/27 tour. “We’re very excited for our album,” the group told Rodeo Houston. The ladies added that they are looking forward to seeing more recognition for their hard work in 2017.

Fifth Harmony has released two albums since their start on the X Factor in 2012. The group’s first studio album, “Reflection,” was released in 2015, and debuted at number five on the Billboard 200. The ladies are now promoting their 7/27 album, which is now available.

The group is starting to prepare for their 7/27 tour in Asia on March 25.
