In case you missed it, the Harris County Clerk’s Office (HCCO) was recognized at Commissioners Court on August 23rd with a Resolution from Precinct One Commissioner Rodney Ellis for our award winning Back-to-School Birth Certificate events. Our office opened on two consecutive Saturdays to help families obtain their children’s birth certificates for back-to-school registration.
