Can’t Take the Memories
Roughnecks season cut short due to coronavirus
The sports world has suffered some major setbacks during this coronavirus pandemic. For the first time since 1939, there will be no men’s champion in NCAA postseason, also a first for women since the NCAA began hosting that tournament in 1981-82. There also won’t be any spring sports (baseball, track & field, softball, etc.) in high school or college athletics this year. It affects the high school seniors the most because those who participate in spring sports lost their senior seasons to showcase their talents that could have earned them a college scholarship.

Texans come up short again against the Colts on a turnover
The odds of being struck by lightning twice in a lifetime are one in nine million. For the Houston Texans those the odds were doubled within the last 3 weeks. Houston (4-10) lost another close game to divisional rival Indianapolis Colts (10-4) on a fumble inside of the five-yard line. The Texans were left wondering again, “What could have been” as they lost 27-20 to the Colts.

Stroud Stays Cool As He Leads Comeback Victory Over Tampa Bay
Less than a minute in life may seem like a short time to complete any task, but in the NFL, that amount of time feels like an eternity. At least, that's how it felt for Houston Texans rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud, who took the field trailing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 37-33 with just 46 seconds left in regulation. Before heading to the huddle, he had a conversation with one of his closest friends on the team, defensive end Jonathan Greenard.

If I had to take an educated guest, I would say that at some point during the game of the Houston Rockets against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday that Rockets head coach Stephen Silas turned to general manager Rafael Stone and gave him a fist bump of approval for his selections in the 2021 NBA Draft.
Keeping It 100: Astros Clinch A.L. West
