Hello Harris County! Fall is just around the corner and we are all looking forward to the rest of the year which is panning out to be very busy. In case you missed it, the Harris County Clerk’s Office (HCCO) was recognized at Commissioners Court on August 23rd with a Resolution from Precinct One Commissioner Rodney Ellis for our award winning Back-to-School Birth Certificate events. Our office opened on two consecutive Saturdays to help families obtain their children’s birth certificates for back-to-school registration. OJB Landscape Architecture has transformed a forgotten park into an unforgettable urban park in the heart of Houston, Texas.
The Urban Land Institute (ULI) has announced that Levy Park, a major park revitalization project designed by OJB Landscape Architecture (OJB), is one of five finalists for the prestigious 2018 ULI Urban Open Space Award, a worldwide competition. This is OJB’s third urban park to be recognized by the ULI, as the firm previously won consecutive Urban Open Space Awards for Myriad Botanical Gardens in Oklahoma City (2015) and Klyde Warren Park in Dallas (2014).
