This Valentine’s Day, you do not need a fancy dinner to celebrate. Portillo’s is making it easy to treat yourself or someone special with bold new flavors and a fun meal-for-two.

The iconic Chicago-based fast-casual restaurant, known for its Italian beef sandwiches, char-broiled burgers, crinkle-cut fries, and cake shakes, is debuting five new dipping sauces at all locations nationwide. The lineup includes the creamy and tangy Comeback Sauce, smoky-sweet BBQ, herb-forward Buttermilk Ranch, zesty Honey Mustard, and spicy Hot Giardiniera Sauce. Each sauce is designed to pair with Portillo’s fan favorites.

Portillo’s loyalty members, Portillo’s Perks, can try The Sauce Flight, a sampler of all five sauces, for 99 cents with chicken tenders, or $1.99 a la carte at in-restaurant kiosks through February 3. The Sauce Flight will be available to all guests starting February 4 while supplies last.

For Valentine’s Day, Portillo’s is offering the Red Hot Meal Deal from February 12 to 15. Designed for two, the meal includes eight golden chicken tenders, two small fries served in a heart-shaped tin, a large chocolate-covered strawberry shake with two straws, and the limited-edition Sauce Flight. Guests also receive a free heart-shaped keychain with a Portillo’s charm. The full meal costs $25.

Portillo’s Chief Marketing Officer Denise Lauer said that Portillo’s fans love the brand’s classic flavors, and the company is excited to introduce a bold new twist just in time for Valentine’s Day. She added that whether shared with someone special or enjoyed as a solo treat, it’s a fun, flavor-packed way to celebrate.
