Atlanta was glowing with Black excellence as Leaders Esteem Christian Bible University (LECBU) hosted its 7th Annual Honorary Doctorate Degree Graduation Ceremony at the elegant Eagle’s Landing Country Club. The evening was nothing short of inspiring, celebrating a new class of leaders who are breaking barriers, uplifting communities, and leaving indelible marks on culture.

Guided by the visionary leadership of Dr. Verna Caddie—President and Founder of Leaders Esteem Seminary—the university has emerged as a powerful space for faith, purpose, and empowerment. “This ceremony is more than a graduation — it is a celebration of faith, service, and vision. We honor those who not only achieve personal success but also dedicate themselves to uplifting their communities,” Dr. Caddie shared.

This year’s honorees represented the very best of talent and tenacity across entertainment, entrepreneurship, and community leadership. Among those celebrated were:

Hosted by actress Brely Evans, the ceremony shimmered with both glamour and grace. Community Director Dr. Towanda Braxton-Hall reminded guests of the deeper meaning behind the evening: faith-fueled leadership and service that transcends accolades.
