The Capital Grille in Houston will debut its first-ever happy hour, Capital Hours, on November 3, offering guests a new way to enjoy the restaurant’s signature culinary excellence and attentive service without the need for reservations.

The happy hour comes in response to growing demand from guests and reflects the rising popularity of mid-week socializing and earlier dining times. Capital Hours provides a refined yet flexible option for those seeking a relaxed, high-quality dining experience outside of a full dinner setting.

The happy hour will be available Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., with the Houston City Centre location opening at 3 p.m., in the restaurant’s lounge area. Guests can enjoy an exclusive menu crafted with the same attention to detail that The Capital Grille is known for, featuring shareable dishes such as Kona-Crusted Dry Aged NY Strip, Porcini-Rubbed Lollipop Lamb Chops, Oysters Casino, and Mushroom Truffle Arancini.

Capital Hours will also include a selection of wines by the glass for $8 and handcrafted cocktails for $10, including the Greyhound Martini with fresh grapefruit and basil, the Straight Up Martini with hand-stuffed bleu cheese olives, and the Peach Bourbon Smash with fresh lemon juice.
