Fielding’s River Oaks Expands Lunch Service to Thursdays, Offering Chef-Driven Midday Dining

Houston’s Fielding’s River Oaks is expanding its popular lunch service to Thursdays, starting October 16, 2025, giving diners another chance to enjoy the restaurant’s chef-driven fare from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Previously limited to Fridays, the midday menu features seasonal specialties, dinner favorites, and small plates such as A5 Japanese Wagyu Tiradito, Yellowtail Hamachi Crudo, Fried Quail, Miso Salmon, Butter Chicken, and 44 Farms wood- and coal-fired steaks.

Guests can also savor classics with an elevated twist, like the Fielding’s Griddle Burger and Harvest Chicken Cobb, alongside indulgent sides including Truffle Fries, Lobster Mac, and Cheddar Whipped Potatoes. The restaurant’s new patio offers a relaxed outdoor setting for fall dining, while Friday diners can continue to enjoy the 25-cent Martini Lunch with the purchase of an entrée.

Located in NOVEL River Oaks at 3750 Westheimer Road, Fielding’s is known for its scratch-made menu, house-dry-aged steaks, Gulf seafood, and wine collection.
