The long-serving leader in the fight for equity received accolades from Planned Parenthood for America, Color of Change, the National Women’s Law Center, and other prominent organizations for her steadfast commitment to racial, social, and economic justice.

Congresswoman Lee expressed her gratitude, saying, “As this year’s ALC comes to an end, I was proud and honored to be a part of so many meaningful policy discussions, and I was humbled to receive so many meaningful awards. This award recognized Congresswoman Lee’s strong, unwavering commitment to sexual and reproductive health, racial justice, and the work of Planned Parenthood.
