The Houston Area Urban League (HAUL) cordially invites you to our Advancing Equity Luncheon on Friday, June 21, 2024. This prestigious event celebrates over five decades of HAUL’s unwavering commitment to fostering a diverse, well educated workforce and advocating for equity in Houston.

Leadership and Legacy

Under the visionary leadership of President & CEO Judson W. Robinson III, who has been at the helm since 2008, HAUL has made significant strides in uplifting the under-resourced communities of Houston. Judson Robinson III’s tenure is marked by his pivotal role in shaping key Houston landmarks such as the METRO Light Rail Project, NRG Stadium, The Toyota Center, Minute Maid Park, and the Hilton Americas Hotel. His dedication and civic leadership have earned HAUL numerous accolades and solidified its reputation as a beacon of hope and progress in the community.

In July 2023, Robinson successfully hosted the National Urban League conference, drawing over 10,000 attendees to Houston. This monumental event highlighted HAUL’s national influence and its steadfast dedication to creating opportunities for all.
