The restaurant offers seating for 94 guests, including a fashionable second-level dining terrace and a private outdoor patio, perfect for intimate gatherings and exclusive events.

Visionary Leadership

Fred Wilson of Wilson Hospitality Group and Samuel Williamson of GoldCoast Properties are the visionaries behind Doves Restaurant. 

Wilson, a native of Port Arthur and a Houston resident for over 20 years, is a multifaceted entrepreneur with a portfolio that includes Ontime Logistics Texas, F. Wilson Investments, the Team Wilson Foundation, eight Prestige Tax Service locations, and co-ownership of Ultimate Drip Therapy, a wellness spa opening soon in Katy, Texas.

Williamson, originally from St. Louis, Missouri, brings a rich legacy in the restaurant industry, influenced by his father's hospitality ventures and Maurice’s Gold Coast Nightclub. Now residing in Houston, Williamson owns multiple real estate properties in Houston, Atlanta, and St. Louis.
