Angela Alsobrooks' Heartwarming Gesture: Donates Blankets to Mr. Mack Lewis Foundation for Community Well-being

Angela Alsobrooks, accompanied by Team Alsobrooks volunteers from across Maryland, brought warmth and comfort to the Church Square community by delivering dozens of donated blankets to the Mr. Mack Lewis Foundation. The blankets, a testament to Team Alsobrooks' spirit of generosity, will be distributed to community members in need during the foundation's weekly food distribution.

Executive Director Greg Wilkes expressed his gratitude, stating, "We want to thank you because not only do our young people need this, but so many of our community members need this as well. Every Tuesday, we give out groceries to the community because this is a food desert, so the next time we provide food, we'll also be able to make sure they stay warm, thanks to you. It really means a lot."

During her visit to the foundation, Angela Alsobrooks toured the facility, engaging in discussions about the needs and concerns of the Church Square community. The blankets, a thoughtful contribution, align with the foundation's commitment to supporting the community's well-being.

Alsobrooks expressed her honor to visit the Mr. Mack Lewis Foundation, emphasizing the critical work they are doing for the community. "They're in the business of going farther and doing better on behalf of so many in our community. Activities. Tutoring. Mentoring our community's youth to make sure they have a first chance."
