S.A.F.E. Diversity Communities Joins The Fight For Environmental Rights

One of Houston's known organizations join the fight with hundreds of Houstonians to advocate for better environmental regulations that will protect the people. S.A.F.E. Diversity's leaders and activists have attended several incubators discussing the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and traveling to Austin so their voices can be heard. Many believe there are vital disproportionate issues happening within predominately black and brown neighborhoods across Houston and the entire state of Texas. Complaints of concrete batch plants, rusted pipes, large construction trucks, air pollution and other harmful variations has sparked the organization to spring into action.
