Located at the heart of the Community Collective for Houston, TLCM is more than a luxury cafe—it’s a one-stop shop for coffee, sandwiches, ice cream, and signature treats. The event will feature a Ribbon Cutting ceremony with elected officials, live music from 2-4pm, door prizes (including Free Cupcakes for a Year), cupcake decorating, kids' activities, and more.
