Photography by Vicky Pink - Change Happens recently hosted their 14th Annual “Making Change Happen” Fall Luncheon to continue to plant seeds of hope and renew its promise to empower people to help themselves. It has become tradition to honor a citizen for their outstanding work in the community. This Change Happens honored Houston City Councilman Dwight Boykins for his selflessness. Cynthia Cisneros emceed the affair that featured Michael Harris as the keynote speaker.
