The Women in the NAACP (WIN) Committee of the NAACP Houston Branch presented its Centennial Fashion Show - "Tipping Our Hats to 100 Years of Advocacy." Attendees were able to preview the latest fashions from some of Houston’s best. Featured designers included Jimmy Burner and the House of Chargois.
