Ten nominated families received Hope Floats Care Packages filled with clothes, health products, household supplies, linens, Visa gift card, complimentary makeup and shaves services, FEMA resources, and so much more. The effort was a result of Rep. Thierry and a source of volunteers and donors now known as the Heroes 4 Harvey Coalition.
