Photography by Vicky Pink - In celebration of CPR Week the American Heart Association (AHA) and Houston Methodist DeBakey Heart & Vascular Center partnered for the fourth time to host Save a Life – a FREE CPR training event at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Guests participated in short, interactive simulations that taught the important, life-saving skills required to act quickly in the case of a cardiac emergency. There were four 30-minute sessions of hands-only CPR training and a three-and-a-half hour CPR and AED certification training sessions. Participants received CPR Anytime Kits, which included poly-bagged Mini Anne CPR personal manikin, DVD and educational materials.
