City Hall Farmers Market Returns Wednesday

Houston — Enjoy a variety of locally prepared foods or purchase farm-fresh groceries surrounded by Houston’s dramatic downtown setting when the City Hall Farmers Market returns for the spring season on Wednesday, September 19, from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. in Hermann Square.

Each Wednesday through December 19, more than 40 local farmers, food trucks and other exciting vendors will be outside City Hall with fresh produce, breads, roasted coffees and a variety of prepared meals and packaged to-go foods available for purchase. Entertainment will be provided by live musicians or DJs. DJ Johnny J will kick off the season.

Downtown employees and dwellers are encouraged to walk, take the Greenlink (the downtown shuttle) or use Houston Bike Share to attend the Farmers Market in front of City Hall. Garage parking is located at 400 Rusk for a fee. Metered street parking is also available.
