2019 Pro Bowl Presented By Verizon Returns to Orlando

The 2019 Pro Bowl presented by Verizon will return to Camping World Stadium in Orlando on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at 3:00 PM ET, the NFL confirmed today.

As the presenting sponsor, Verizon will be incorporated into numerous elements of Pro Bowl Week’s celebratory events and have a significant presence at Camping World Stadium during the game, including one of a kind experiences for members of the Verizon Up rewards program.

The 2019 Pro Bowl presented by Verizon will be televised on ESPN, ESPN Deportes and simulcast on ABC. Additional distribution on digital and audio platforms to be announced at a later date.

“We’re excited to return to Orlando for the Pro Bowl and to provide the ultimate football and family experience to our fans, players and partners,” said NFL Senior Vice President of Events PETER O’REILLY. “Hosting the event in Orlando has allowed us to expand the Pro Bowl into a week-long festival that celebrates the entire football community. We are thrilled to deepen our partnership with Verizon as the presenting sponsor and look forward to showcasing the NFL’s best alongside the next generation of stars on the Pro Bowl stage.”

Fans in attendance will be presented with a special pre-game opportunity to see the Pro Bowl players as they enter the stadium, bringing them closer than ever to the All-Stars on the field. Family priced sections, concession deals, and “Kid Zone” activities will be available inside the stadium and there will be specific AFC and NFC section seating for fans to cheer for their favorite players. Special prizes will be given out during the game, including a grand prize Super Bowl package to be presented to the Pro Bowl “All-Star Fan” at Camping World Stadium. Fans will also enjoy a post-game fireworks show to cap off the celebration. On the televised broadcast, viewers will be treated to unique player access, featuring mic-ed up players along with social media usage from the sidelines.

Tickets for the 2019 Pro Bowl presented by Verizon will go on sale in the fall. Fans interested in purchasing tickets may register at http://www.nfl.com/2019probowl for presale opportunities. Season Ticket Members for all 32 teams will automatically be included in the presale, and all previous Orlando Pro Bowl ticket buyers will receive priority access to purchase tickets.

The legacy of the 2019 Pro Bowl will extend beyond Camping World Stadium through support from the NFL Foundation as well as additional community events benefitting residents of the surrounding region. Last year, the NFL Foundation provided a Pro Bowl Grant to the City of Orlando to fund multiple Orlando-based revitalization projects. In addition, the players on the winning Pro Bowl team will be eligible to receive a grant from the NFL Foundation to support the high school or youth football programs of their choice.

The NFL will provide fans of all ages with unique opportunitie​​s to be a part of festivities associated with PRO BOWL WEEK. The NFL will host events across the Orlando area, bringing new experiences and activities while commemorating all levels of football – from youth to the NFL’s best.

Pro Bowl Week festivities in Orlando will include the NFL FLAG CHAMPIONSHIPS POWERED BY USA FOOTBALL, which will culminate live on ESPN/ABC on Pro Bowl Sunday; the announcement of the prestigious DON SHULA NFL HIGH SCHOOL COACH OF THE YEAR AWARD; and the NFL PRO BOWL EXPERIENCE, a free football festival located at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort, where fans will also have fan access to AFC and NFC TEAM PRACTICES. In addition, Pro Bowl Week will include the return of the PRO BOWL SKILLS SHOWDOWN, testing the athletic prowess of All-Stars from each conference in unique competitions. ​

The 2019 Pro Bowl presented by Verizon will follow the traditional AFC versus NFC format and feature 88 of the best NFL players – 44 from each conference – as determined by a consensus of votes by fans, players, and coaches. Both teams will be led by offensive and defensive NFL Legends who will serve as captains representing each conference.
