Pink Bear Paw Decals Raise Funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation

Big Bear Lake, Calif. September 29, 2015– Big Bear Visitors Bureau will sell pink bear paw decals to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month and raise funds for National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. The popular iconic bear paws, which are typically white, will be replaced with a pink-colored bear paw accompanied with a pink ribbon graphic on the palm of the paw to represent breast cancer awareness. The limited edition pink bear paw decals, which are great to display on automobiles are on sale now, and will be available for purchase until supplies run out. The decals are $7 each with 50 percent of the proceeds going toward National Breast Cancer Foundations, Inc. programs.
“We are quite aware that breast cancer will affect 1 in every 8 women. It could be somebody’s mother, sister or a friend,” said Big Bear Visitors Bureau Director of Operations Rebecca Hrabia. “We want to do are part to help raise funds for breast cancer programs such as prevention, early detection, free mammograms and research.”
